Hi! I’m Lydia Deng, from Bainbridge Island. I’ve been playing piano for over ten years through the Royal Conservatory of Music and am currently completing Level 9, having achieved First Class Honors with Distinction/ First Class Honors at every level. I’m also studying advanced music theory through the Oscar Peterson School of Music. Music has always been a constant in my life, and I joined Chords of Care because I wanted to use my passion to bring comfort and connection to others. Sharing music in meaningful settings gives me more of a sense of purpose, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to make a difference through something I love.
